Raspberry Ketone & Green Coffee Bean Extract – Days 6-7
Well, day 6 started the same as the last couple – tightening pains inside my gut. The muscles in my abdomen ached also – unsure if this was linked to the run but today (which is day 7) the muscle aches are still there but the internal pains are far reduced.
As day 6 went on, I found I was feeling very bloated and suffering a lot of wind. My sides felt like they were being pulled inwards as if the areas were tightening up – I can still feel that at the moment.
Energy levels seem marginally improved, feeling less tired throughout the day and over the past couple of days I’ve had an increasingly unquenchable thirst (forgot to mention this in the previous post).
Day 7 – well, today I’ve been really thirsty again. Energy levels seem a little bit higher and the pains in my gut have almost completely gone. My sides still feel like they’re being pressed inwards from either side like an invisible vice but nowhere near as tight as it felt yesterday.
The bloated feeling seems to have gone and I’ve not suffered from wind. The pains do seem to have been due to detox etc. and the wind was probably my body expelling anything that can’t be secreted from an orifice.
My head feels marginally clearer as if I’m able to focus a bit more.
The back pain is just as bad as it has been over the last few days but hopefully, by feeling more energetic, I can be more active and relieve the pain that way.
