Raspberry Ketone & Green Coffee Bean Extract – Days 1-5
I figured, seeing as a lot of the posts I see about this stuff look like they’re fixed in some way – my partner saw an article on the Raspberry Ketone and some sort of cleanser, this time it’s Raspberry Ketone and Green Coffee Bean Extract. The articles are apparently identical bar the slight difference in products.
There’s testimonials and other malarkey but you can’t be sure on the validity or existence of the source.
So, here I am…5 days in. This post will cover my 5 days and I will try and update regularly on any developments etc.
On day 1, I purchased these in Holland & Barrett (buy one get one half price (£19.99 was the listed price). Apparently stock is an issue (I’m guessing because of all of the posts and things online). I wasn’t feeling terribly great on the day – extremely tired (as I had been for weeks prior) and my sciatica had recently started to play up a lot more (I attribute this to the lack of energy and therefore my lack of motivation to exercise as, when I was out running etc. my back was much better). It says you can take 1 or 2 a day – I opted for 1.
Day 2 – Felt pretty much the same, however, my insides were starting to ache and my back pain had worsened.
Day 3 – No change apart from my back being even worse and my insides aching like I’d been gut-punched over and over again.
Day 4 – My back was hurting a lot more than it has done in months, mobility was becoming an issue and I could only walk properly if I hunched over. My insides were screaming for whatever is going on to stop. I went for a walk (just over 2 miles) with the dog. Most of it was uphill and part way through, my back started to feel pretty good. At the top of the hill, I decided to run as Odin clearly had a lot of energy left to expend. I ran just less than a mile of the route, he started to slow me down as the poor mite was exhausted. My back started to hurt a lot more due to the impact on my right side from running downhill. I took 2 today.
Day 5 – as I type this, it’s less than an hour after I’ve taken 1 today but I do feel a bit more energetic. Not sure if this is from the exercise last night or if I slept better (I’ve been using an app for guided meditation). My insides still ache but not quite as bad. My back feels a bit better but it’s early days.
So, at the moment the only thing I can feel is internal pain which I’m guessing is due to the detox process – in all the articles I’ve read they make no mention of this. My back pain is due to sciatica but the internal changes may be partially linked to the pain – generally, I’d find if I had stomach pains, my back would hurt.
All of the articles I read indicate you start feeling and noticing changes after a week. I’m going to keep a log as I go on as I’m sure not everyone will experience changes 7 days in as everyone’s different and health levels vary massively. Unless, of course, the articles are written by clones of the same person possibly?
