Raspberry Ketone Finale
Days 10-13 I had a massive surge of energy. I’m not going to document each day individually as there have been no exceptional differences on individual days. Over all days, I have been more motivated and exercised more – long(ish) walks with the dog as well as weights etc. at home. Days 14-18 I have been feeling more tired, however. It’s been harder getting up in the mornings and my sleep hasn’t been as good – more restless again and pretty much the same as before the ketone. It may be the fact I’m exercising more and generally tiring myself out more physically and mentally – lots going on at the moment and having to get up early with the kids/work etc. may just be the reason.
The days after I started to plateau and now (52 days later) the improvements etc. they claim to provide in the posts online are a load of shit. I think y findings in the initial days were my body adapting but the majority was perhaps a placebo effect. Perhaps you’re meant to be more active as you go along but I’ve been finding it harder to focus and motivate myself. This may just be down to time of year, weather, illness and other stresses of life taking their toll but the reports online make these out to be some sort of miracle elixir that they’re not.
